The Gandhi Fellowship 2023 is an exceptional initiative by Piramal Foundation (NGO) that offers young graduates and postgraduates a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to make a positive impact on society. The fellowship is open to individuals aged between 18-26 years who have excelled academically and in extracurricular activities. Applicants must possess a graduate or postgraduate degree in fields such as engineering, science, commerce, management, humanities, social work, psychology, mathematics, journalism, education, or law, and demonstrate a keen sensitivity towards the urgent problems plaguing the nation.

Gandhi Fellowship 2023 

As part of the program, successful applicants will receive a monthly stipend of INR 25,000 – 28,000, covering all expenses, depending on their location. The program’s duration is 2 years, during which fellows will be provided with ample opportunities to hone their leadership skills and channel their passion for social causes towards meaningful action.
The primary duty of a fellow in the Gandhi Fellowship program is to acquire a direct and comprehensive comprehension of the classroom setting, in order to gain a more profound insight into the different facets of teaching and learning, which are essential to the key players in the education system. Eligibility  

  • As candidate should be between the ages of 18 and 26 at the time of application.
  • A candidate should be an academic and extracurricular achiever with a good record of achievement.
  • If the applicant holds a graduation or post-graduate degree in any of the following fields, he or she will be eligible to apply.
  • It is essential that applicants have an understanding of the pressing problems confronting the nation at the moment.
