Via the new abillion community equity program, members can now use their donation credits to own a stake in abillion.
A unique and successful rewards program has been offered by abillion app since 2018. Abillion credits each member US$1 for each time they choose to eat sustainably or shop sustainably and share their experiences on the app. While members cannot withdraw funds from their wallet, they can use the credits to donate to any of 60 or more non-profit organizations supported by the company. From Argentina to Australia, the organization supports animal welfare projects, as well as international organizations like Sea Shepherd and One Tree Planted. To date, the organization has donated over US$1.4 million. Using this program, consumers can see how their choices impact the environment in a direct way.

Members To be eligible forerquity shares, abillion members will see a “billion Community Equity”badge next to the 60 plus charities the company supports.  Abillion members just need to click on the icon and allocate credits to ownership. Every dollar will be translated into share allocations upon the company’s IPO. The company will not impose any limitations on how much of the company its members can own. Rewards can still be used to support good causes if users prefer.
Abillion has donated more than $1.4 million since its launch in 2018, including to Sea Shepherd and One Tree Planted. Platform users can choose from over 60 recipients. More than one million users have downloaded the Abillion app, across 166 countries.
The app uses photos and quick reviews to connect anyone looking for vegan products with what is available in their immediate locale, as well as connect with the meatless community along the way.
