Resting Is Productive : Do It For Your Mental Health !

Resting is Productive for Your Mental Health
It’s really okay to take a break and rest.
Yes, we are all feeling the mental toll of the seemingly unending crisis and uncertainty. Whatever you are feeling right now is real and it’s completely normal to feel overwhelmed, frustrated, and anxious. The workload is more and you have lots of responsibilities. The juggling between private and public life and the so-called routine doesn’t let you change anything.

You need to unplug yourself. Have the courage to take a break. You deserve a break. It’s okay to do nothing sometimes. Just relax and on some days, if you don’t want to work then lie on the bed — do nothing, chill, watch a movie, or sleep. It’s okay and never feel bad about it. It’s not a waste of time it is the way you regain your energy back.

Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you.

We need to weave occasion breaks within the day and throughout the week. Our mind is truly amazing. It allows us to focus and produce great work when we are willing to grind.
Hit the pause button for some self-care because the journey in life is long.

Take a break and think for the long term.
