Singapore Mental Health Film Festival(SMHFF) 2021 returns with mission to to use film as a catalyst to advocate and promote conversations about mental health.

Experience 9 feature films, 9 short films, 9 panels, and 8 workshops at this year’s Singapore Mental Health Film Festival, held at National Gallery Singapore as well as streamed Online.
The Singapore Mental Health Film Festival was founded in 2018 to facilitate open discussions about mental health and encourage people to take care of our mental health, and also of our loved ones’. Through a series of films, panel discussions, and workshops, the Festival provides a platform for adults to learn about mental health. Only through managing our emotions and discomforts can we take meaningful steps to support the mental health of our children and youths.
In addition to topics ranging from dementia to suicide prevention, SMHFF 2021 will also feature films and panel conversations focussing on how the pandemic has affected our mental health.

SMHFF 2021 Panel Conversations
From 26 May to 30 May 2021, SMHFF have invited industry professionals and experts to discuss topics ranging from dementia to suicide prevention and how the pandemic has affected our mental health. Through 9 panel conversations, SMHFF hopes to bring different perspectives and foster open dialogue on these topics.
Selected panel conversations will be streamed live at their respective timings, with a recorded version available for viewing on watch.smhff.com by the end of recording day. Purchasing Passes to these panel conversations will also give you access to stream the accompanying feature film and short film online.
