Each of us has chance to be the hero themselves – by giving passionately to the cause of education. Show your support via CGS – CIMB Virtual Charity Run 2021. The proceeds will go to Fugee School to support the education of hundreds of refugee students in Malaysia.

Believe in education equality ? Hit the ground running and support the children of Fugee School. Join CGS-CIMB Securities’ inaugural Virtual Charity Run 2021: Run for Education. Between 1 December 2021 – 20 December 2021, you can jog in your taman, walk your dog, or hike up a hill whenever and wherever you prefer between 1 December 2021 – 20 December 2021.
When you register to run with CGS – CIMB Virtual Charity Run 2021, RM10 from your registration fee will be donated to the beneficiary. On top of that, CGS-CIMB will top up another RM20 donation to Fugee School.

RULES & REGULATIONS
- Registration for the run will be from 10 October 2021 – 20 December 2021
- Participants can perform their run/walk whenever and wherever they prefer between 1 December 2021 – 20 December 2021 (run period).
- Participants can split the distance to as many times as they wish within the run period.
- Participants must submit results (proof of date, distance, and duration) in the online form at the end of each run.
- If participant performs more than 2 running sessions within the same day, he/she will be required to submit both the results.
- Final results will be posted on our leader board by the end of the day.
- There is no cap on the distance to be completed per day, participants are allowed to perform their runs at their own pace.
- There is no minimum mileage to be completed per day. If participants did not perform a run, then a submission of proof is not required.
- Once the required mileage within respective categories has been met, the run will be deemed as completed.

ABOUT THE RUN
- Where can I run? Runners may run in both indoors and outdoors such as recreation parks, treadmill, or anywhere which is most convenient.
- If I run on treadmill, can I use the results on the treadmill panel for the submission of results? Run results from treadmill panels are not to be used as submission, participants are required to record their running activity using their watch or run tracking apps.
- Can I use my daily step count as the mileage? Recording of daily step count is not recommended as the mileage. Participants are encouraged to track and record during actual run periods.
- Are there any Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that I need to follow during my run? Runners must strictly adhere to Government’s SOP such as social distancing when running around public areas.
- If I do not want to run but I wish to donate, how can I contribute? In the event you wish to donate without registering for the event, please make the donation direct to Fugee School at https://donate.fugee.org/
RUN PACK
- What is in the run pack? Run Pack will include ONE finisher T-shirt, ONE finisher medal plus bonus items.
- When will I receive my run pack? T-shirts and medals will be delivered within 30 days after the event.
- Will I get more than one run pack? Registered and paid participants will be entitled ONE run pack each.
- Can I change my T-shirt size? T-shirt size is strictly based on the size selected by the participant during registration, any request of size change will not be entertained. All T-shirts measurement is subject to 1-2 cm tolerance. Sizes are limited, participants will have to choose a different size if the size wanted is not available. All merchandises’ colour, design and material may be different from illustration and are subjected to change without notice.
- Will I get more than one run pack? Registered and paid participants will be entitled ONE run pack each.
POSTAGE
- Is postage fee included within the registration fee? No. Postage will be charged based on location and will be borne by participants.
- Where can I get my tracking number? Tracking number will be sent to participant’s email. The reshipping of any uncollected items will include additional cost and will be bear by participant.
- Who is responsible if my parcel is damaged or lost? CGS-CIMB and Ultra Sports Adventure will not be responsible for any lost or damaged parcels.
GENERAL
- All payments are to be collected in Ringgit Malaysia ONLY.
- Please note that there may be additional import taxes, VAT, customs and fees that CGS-CIMB has no direct control over. These costs will be borne by participant.
- The Organizer has the rights to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
- All participants release from, and indemnify the Organizer, its agencies, sponsors and representatives against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the giveaway including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
- Unless you opt-out or instruct us otherwise, your personal data may be used to send information and promotional content by the Organizers and partners of the event.
- Pictures of the run pack shown in the promotional materials are for illustration purposes only. Actual prizes may differ from the pictures shown.
- All run pack are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner, and the Organizer excludes all warranties in connection with the prize to the extent permitted by law.
- The Organizer reserves the right to change the items in the run pack to other items of the same value at any point of time without prior notice
